- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, purchasing supplies, and reconciling customer accounts - Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances - Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers - Assist with collections activities, including contacting customers for payment and resolving payment discrepancies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions - Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes Skills:
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles - Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, or other accounting software - Excellent phone etiquette for communicating with customers regarding their accounts - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
