Duties Include:
Repair and maintain equipment and facilities in good working order.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other necessary repairs.
Repair HVAC systems.
Perform general construction projects as needed such as building new homes, building renovations, building foundations, building fences, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
2
years of maintenance person experience in the commercial building industry.
Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other general construction trades.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve on own and communicate with others.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines looming over your shoulder while working in a busy commercial setting.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
, climb stairs, bend walk stand for extended periods of time while maintaining a good attitude.
