You will be responsible for routine inspections of parts while following quality procedures, using precisions tools such as calipers and micrometers.
A great Quality Inspector is reliable, can spot and report deviations, able to read precisions measurements tools and ensure that quality procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities Performs various sorting inspection, production, and data entry.
Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions.
Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area.
Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned.
Ensure assembly parts are processed at the correct quantities.
Skills Detailed orientated Must be able to use precisions measurements tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Positive attitude and self-motivated Ensure components cosmetically meet customer specifications.
Ensure calibration of inspection tools and equipment is up to date.
